Divi's Labs announces book closure

HYDERABAD: Divi's Laboratories Ltd (DLL), the Hyderabad-based pharmaceutical company, has informed the stock exchanges that its board has decided to close the share transfer books from July 31 to August 9, both days inclusive, for the purpose of payment of dividend for the fiscal 2003-04.

The DLL board at its meeting on May 17 recommended a dividend 80 per cent for the year, subject to the approval of shareholders. The AGM will be held on August 9, the company said.
