SAIL cuts prices of long products

New Delhi , Oct.1

STEEL Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) on Saturday announced a reduction in the prices of its long products. Flat product prices, however, remained at the same level.

According to a company spokesman, the public sector steel giant had reduced prices of long products in the range of 3-4 per cent.

The price cut came in the face of falling international prices for long products, he said.
