The Hindu Business Line : Four Soft to set up centre in Japan

Four Soft Ltd (4S), a transportation and logistics software solutions company, on Friday announced its plans to establish a business venture in Japan as a wholly-owned subsidiary. This new office is expected to provide thrust in expanding 4S's operations in Japan. The company already has relationships with a few large Japanese groups, and is expected to tap the opportunity with an office there with its range of integrated logistics solutions.

The CEO and MD of Four Soft. Mr Srikanth Palem, in a statement said, "Japan, as the second largest IT market in the world today, will be best suited for providing logistics solutions. The opening of the new regional office is part of Four Soft's ongoing expansion strategy and will reinforce the partnerships with its Japanese clients like Panasonic, Yusen etc. This office is expected to strengthen the company's networking as well as customer base in Asiatic region." — Our Bureau
