The Hindu Business Line : Muthoot Fin, Penguin Associates tie up

Backed by Penguin Associates, a business and technology consultancy company, Muthoot Finance Ltd has announced the launch of an overseas software development firm, eMsign. eMsign, Muthoot Systems and Technologies has set up offices in the US, Canada, France and Dubai, Mr George Alexander Muthoot, Managing Director of Muthoot Finance, said.

The new company, in which Muthhoot Finanace has 67 per cent stake and Penguin Associated the rest , has commenced talks with companies in the US and Dubai for marketing tie-ups.
