Hyderabad: Tanla Solutions Ltd has informed the BSE that the company’s board of directors at its meeting held on Monday approved sub-division (split) in the face value of the equity share from Rs 2 to Rs 1 each and this move would be recommended to the shareholders for passing of resolution by postal ballot. — Our Bureau
