Mergers & Acquisitions ICRA Techno buys Axiom Tech Kolkata, June 19 ICRA Group company ICRA Techno Analytics Ltd (ICTEAS) has made a foray into the ERP domain with the acquisition of the Kolkata-based Axiom Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company engaged in the implementation of customised ERP packages. ICTEAS offers business analytics software in areas such as channel distribution, manufacturing and life sciences. While Axiom clients are in the manufacturing domain in the domestic market, ICTEAS’ clients are located mostly in the US and Eur ope. Addressing newspersons here, the Managing Director of ICTEAS, Mr Prateep Guha, said the acquisition was in tune with the company’s plans to enter the ERP implementation market and, thereby, offer its clients a larger portfolio of IT solutions. The acquisition would also enable both the companies to pool their manpower resources for the benefit of clients. He, however, declined to state the price at which Axiom was acquired. – Our Bureau More Stories on : Mergers & Acquisitions | Enterprise Resource Planning
