“That Sri B. Ramalinga Raju has engaged my services to represent him in the legal matters pertaining to his statement issued to the board of directors of Satyam Computer Services Ltd on January 7, 2008.

“That my client hereby denies reports appearing in a section of media that he is absconding or fled the country. Sri B. Ramalinga Raju is very much available in Hyderabad, India.
