Corporation Bank cuts home loan rates

Corporation Bank has cut the interest rate on its housing loan product, Corp Home, by 25 basis points. The new rates for up to 10 years are 8 per cent and 8.5 per cent for floating and fixed rate options, respectively.

For up to 25 years, the new floating rate is 8.25 per cent. Interest rate on loans below five years, however, will remain at 7.5 per cent for the floating rate option and 8 per cent for the fixed rate one.
