Engineering, procurement and construction firm KEC International, an RPG Group company, has won orders worth Rs 246 crore under its transmission and distribution (T&D) business.
Under the T&D business, the company has secured orders worth Rs 179 crore in India, the Americas, the Philippines and Ghana.
Of the total Rs 179 crore, Rs 121 crore was from Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Ltd, and a Rs 20 crore order from Americas. The T&D win also included Rs 38 crore orders from India, the Philippines and Ghana.
Under the cable business, it has secured orders for the supply of power and telecom cables worth Rs 67 crore.
