Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services will remain in focus, as its board meets on Wednesday to consider fund-raising plans. According to reports, it may raise around ₹2,500 crore. Promoters are likely to infuse ₹1,000 crore and the rest could be a qualified institutional placement, a Bloomberg report had earlier said quoting persons close to the development. The mode of fund-raising and quantum will remain in investors’ focus.
