24/7 Customer.com, a provider of outsourced customer support services and solutions, on Wednesday announced that its Bangalore-based customer contact centre had bagged the COPC-2000 certification for its inbound e-mail services.

It had also got the conditional certification for its inbound voice customer service and outbound voice telemarketing services.

COPC (Customer Operations Performance Center, Inc) is the leading authority on customer intensive operations as typified by customer contact centres and fulfilment services.
