BANGALORE: Applying for learner's licence would not be a hassle anymore.

An aspirant can log on to the Transport Department's website and apply for the licence. The Regional Transport Office (RTO) launched its Web site: (English) and (Karnataka) on Monday to extend this facility and provide detailed information on the Department's functioning.
