`Payasamela' from Aug 23

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The `Payasamela' being organised by the Kerala Tourism Development Corporation (KTDC) in connection with the Onam festival season will commence at 3 p.m. at the Hotel Chaithram premises here on August 23.

Announcing this, an official spokesman said here that the mela would be on till noon on August 28. A "thiruvonasadhya" (traditional Onam meal) will also be dished out at the restaurant on August 28.
