Tata Tele plans Australia office

MUMBAI: The board of directors of Tata Telecom Ltd on Wednesday granted approval for the setting up of a wholly-owned subsidiary in Australia, according to a notice issued to the stock exchanges by Tata Telecom. This would be subject to the requisite approvals and consent of the statutory authorities, said the notice.
