Off-shore Development NCR customer care centre Our Bureau
Mumbai , Nov. 4 NCR Corporation, a global technology company, has inaugurated its new customer care centre (CCC) at Powai, Mumbai. The centre will allow NCR to provide remote customer support and IT management services to the company's retail, financial and Teradata customers as well as customers in other select industries, said a press release. The new CCC will also function as one of the three global customer care hubs for the company and provide support for NCR's internal help-desk requirements. NCR anticipates significant business growth potential in India as well as the Asia Pacific region. The Powai facilitywill serve as the largest automated teller machine (ATM) management centre in India with the ability to manage 25,000 ATMs, the release said.
