APIL shares to be listed on NSE

New Delhi , Jan 25

REAL estate company Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd on Wednesday said it shares would be listed on the National Stock Exchange from January 27.

APIL is currently listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Currently, 65 per cent of the APIL equity is being held by promoters while the balance 35 per cent is with the public, according to the Vice-President and Company Secretary of APIL, Mr Amitav Ganguly.
