Rane Madras Ltd has informed BSE that its Board of Directors has decided to set up a manufacturing facility in Uttaranchal to supply steering gears exclusively to Tata Motors Ltd (TML). The company would set up the plant at TML's Vendor Park in Uttaranchal.

The initial investment is expected to be around Rs 9.3 crore for supplying 250 steering gears per day to TML.
