Color Chips India Ltd has informed BSE that the company board decided to obtain the consent of the shareholders to issue 46.65 lakh equity shares or warrants convertible on preferential basis.

The allottees, subject to approvals would be NW Insurance Services Pvt Ltd (20 lakh equity shares), Cyber Toons Pvt Ltd (20 lakh equity shares), Color Chips Animation Park Ltd and or R S Sudhish (6,65 lakh shares).

The company has decided to differ forfeiture of shares to the next board meeting to be held on January 18.
