Hyderabad Feb. 6 Taking organised retailing to the next level, ITC Ltd, which announced big plans for its recently started wholesale and retail vegetable business, is taking the retail business to the doorsteps of customers.

Taking a cue from the traditional and popular pushcart mode of selling vegetables, the company has drawn plans to reach out to the doorsteps of the customers.

The company, which is going to establish Choupal Fresh outlets across the country, had approached the officials of the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad, seeking permission for grounding 300 pushcarts in Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
