Chennai June 20 Mr Satya Kaliki, former head-Global Product Management at iSoft, UK, has floated a new company focussing on `new technology product development' for clients.

The Chennai-based Zanec, was started two months ago and currently has 20 employees, Mr Kaliki told Business Line.

In December, Mr Kaliki left iSoft where he was responsible for the development of software products, including Lorenzo, the company's flagship healthcare product. Around 1,200 employees in India and abroad were part of his product development team.

Mr Kaliki said Zanec has two clients, and negotiations are going on with another.
