Our Bureau New Delhi, June 28 Jersey Airtel, a subsidiary of the Bharti group, today announced the launch of its mobile services in Jersey (Channel Islands). The company will offer services under the Airtel-Vodafone brand to customers on the Island over its full 2G, 3G and HSDPA enhanced network. Airtel had earlier announced a partnership with the UK-based mobile major wherein Vodafone will bring in some of its products for Airtel subscribers in Jersey. Commenting on the launch, Mr Sunil Bharti Mittal, Chairman & Group CEO, Bharti, said, “This is a special day for all of us at Bharti and we are delighted at the launch of our services in Jersey. ”
