Tata Elxsi’s mobile TV solution

Bangalore, July 18

Tata Elxsi, the product design arm of Tata Group, has demonstrated its mobile TV solution at the Broadcast Mobile Convergence Forum held in Berlin recently. The company showcased its middleware product’s support for various network operators and system integrators planning to deploy mobile TV. Currently, mobile TV implementations and trials are ongoing in various countries such as Italy, US, UK and other parts of Europe. In India, Doordarshan has already launched Mo bile TV on the DVB-H (digital video broadcast – home) platform.
