The venture will offer content development and design across formats for elementary through high school education, or el-hi publishers. It plans to double headcount in six months. “Our international customers are looking at working with fewer larger partners with end to end solution capability across multiple geographies and I am confident that synergies between both the companies will help us deliver on this objective and make this joint venture a great success,” said Mr Michael Kern, President and CEO, NETS and the joint venture’s first Chairman. The position of Chairmanship is to be rotated annually with Mr Suveen Sahib, CEO, EON, taking it up next. More Stories on : Strategy | Alliances & Joint Ventures | Newspapers & Publishing
