Software DeRisk opens operations Our Bureau Chennai, July 14 DeRisk IT Solutions, a Chennai-based IT company, has launched its operations on Monday with a tie-up with the French company, Achiever Business Solutions. To begin with, DeRisk will invest around $1.5 million in setting up a centre of excellence here to work on the products and solutions of ABS, which has software that address over 35 areas of legislative, regulatory and best practice requirements. Ms Cherry Rance, Marketing and Strategic Alliances Manager, ABS, told newspersons, that the DeRisk will market AchieverPlus GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance) management software of the ABS in India and West Asia. DeRisk will also provide sales and support services for ABS solutions. The AciverPlus GRC software is a single point access for GRC management for all areas of risk management, compliance management and regulatory affairs, including quality, health and safety, financial, IT security and environment management, across a company.
