Prime Focus in talks to buy two firms

MUMBAI: Post-production firm Prime Focus Ltd said on Thursday that it was in talks to acquire two firms in North America. The targets operate post-production and visual effects business.

The acquisitions, if successful, would represent a third of the combined consolidated revenue of the Prime Focus group, it said in a statement.
