Command ties up with Star TV

KOLKATA: Cellular service provider Command has entered into an arrangement with Star TV to provide its customers with the opportunity to participate in programmes across all 10 channels of the Star TV network by using SMS.

The service will also be available to all subscribers of Orange in Mumbai, Hutch in Delhi and Celforce in Gujarat.

According to a press release issued here, the alliance will include user interaction for game shows such as Khulja Sim Sim on Star Plus and interactive programmes such as V Crush on Channel V.

Users will also be able to vote, participate in contests, make request and bid at live telecast options on various Star channels.

To participate, users would be required to send specific message codes to 7827.
