Two new directors join Kirloskar Electric arm

KAYTEE Switchgear Ltd, a subsidiary of Kirloskar Electric Co Ltd, has inducted Prof V.S. Raju and Mr Sarosh J. Ghandy as two new directors on the board of the company.

Prof Raju is a well-known personality in the field of technical education. He graduated from the Andhra University and has a Master's Degree from the Indian Institute of Science. He was a Director of IIT, Delhi and also a Professor and Dean at IIT, Chennai. At present, Prof Raju is a part-time Member of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).

Mr Sarosh J. Ghandy has held various positions in Tata Motors and currently he is the Special Advisor to the Chairman, TELCO Construction Equipment Co, Ltd, (TELCON). Mr Ghandy after graduating from Carnegie Institute of Technology, US in 1958 joined Tata Engineering & Locomotive Co Ltd, Jamshedpur and joined the board of Telco in 1976.
