Hyderabad , March 4

ADP Wilco, a subsidiary of the $7-billion Automatic Data Processing Inc., has extended its range of business process outsourcing (BPO) services to the international financial services community and has positioned them as a value-added service to its large client base.

The Chief Executive Officer of ADP Wilco, Ms Elizabeth Lake, in a statement said: "We have been developing our BPO services for several years in response to specific requirements and for other business units within ADP Brokerage Services Group and are well positioned to offer this competency to our customer base and further extend our service range and see BPO as a value-added service that extends our range of outsourcing capabilities."

She added: "The BPO services are aimed to form part of ADP Wilco's ongoing initiatives to deliver cost savings for its global customer base."

Customers are able to outsource elements of operational processes by using ADP Wilco's offshore services.

These include many of the day-to-day tasks typically performed by back office staff such as trade capture, end of day reconciliation, instrument pricing and securities and corporate actions reference data management, according to the company.

ADP Wilco, with a centre in Hyderabad, provides IT outsourcing for international securities processing through its Gloss service bureau for five years.
