New Delhi , March 5

AFTER positive reviews to the DC Infidel and Gala, Dilip Chhabria's DC Design has unveiled the sportscar DC Go at the ongoing Geneva Motor Show.

Go is a prototype developed for the UK-based Noble Moy Automotive. It is equipped with an alloy duratec V6 2.5-litre engine and has a maximum power of 310 bhp.

Speaking to Business Line from Geneva, Mr Dilip Chhabria said he expects the proposed tie-up with Noble to generate volumes of 300 in the first year itself.

The Noble board would take a decision on Go sourcing next month. A decision on whether it would replace the Noble M12 sportscar would also be taken at the time.

Meanwhile, DC's earlier unveiled prototype Infidel, which was accepted by Aston Martin Legonda, would be under production next year.

In order to meet the growing demand, DC Design is planning to invest $5 million over the next two-three months at its Pune centre to augment capacity. The company is also in the process of setting up a design centre in the city.
