VoiceGate, TV9 in pact for contests

VOICEGATE Technologies India, a computer telephony integration (CTI) company, has entered into an agreement with TV news channel TV9, to conduct news and current affairs-based contests and games on phone on behalf of BSNL and TV9.

With this facility, BSNL subscribers can now call 1255229 and participate in the contests and opinion polls based on programmes being aired on TV9. VoiceGate would collect the data and provide TV9 with the analysis and necessary statistics as per the requirements of TV9.

"This is a part of our commitment to offer more and more interactive voice response system-based value-added services on BSNL network," Mr Sandeep Saykar, Head (Business Development), VoiceGate, said in a statement.
