People Agarwal is Rites MD Our Bureau
New Delhi , May 6 MR V.K. Agarwal has been named the Managing Director of Rail India Technical and Economic Services (Rites) Ltd, a consulting firm under the Ministry of Railways. Mr Agarwal, an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer, was serving as the Divisional Rail Manager (DRM) of Delhi Division under Northern Railway. He replaces Mr D.C. Mishra, who retired on March 31 this year.
