Quintegra buys US firm

CHENNAI: Quintegra Solutions Ltd, a software services firm specialising in application outsourcing and data warehousing, has acquired the business of Savvy Systems Consultants Inc based in California, according to a Quintegra release.

Savvy Systems specialises in Siebel implementation and support. The acquisition value of the business was set at $702,500, according to the release.
