Opinion - Letters

Helpful suggestions

This is with reference to "A course that makes students age as they wait" (Business Line, July 19). The suggestion given by the writers is excellent.

The suggestion on an academy of accounting will bring the students under one roof giving them the atmosphere of a B-school. This will help in improving the soft skills among other things and would help students to clear their courses in minimum attempts.

Besides, a choice has to be given to the student wherein he may opt to do his articleship either working for an audit firm or in industry. This is basically for students who are clear on their choice of career in industry or practice.
