Mumbai to host India-ITME fair

THE seventh India International Textile Machinery Exhibition, India-ITME 2004, showcasing the latest textile machinery, will kick-off in Mumbai this December.

Nearly 425 domestic companies and 300 foreign firms are expected to participate in the show, to be held at the Mumbai Exhibition Centre in Goregaon.

According to a press release from the India International Textile Machinery Exhibition Society, the fair, scheduled between December 4 and 11, will have a floor area of 50,000 sq mt. As part of the exhibition itinerary, the Federation of the Indian Textile Engineering Industry has planned a one-day seminar on December 8.
