IA's new short-term promotional scheme

INDIAN Airlines has announced the introduction of a short-term promotional scheme for travel between Chennai and Hyderabad, valid from September 20 to December 20, 2004.

Passengers who travel 10 single trips on normal full fare on IA ticket from Chennai to Hyderabad or vice versa will be awarded two coupon-free return ticket for travel of self or nominee on IA/Alliance Air network (except to/from Agatti and Leh).

According to an IA press release, the passenger has to submit an application form at the Airport along with original boarding cards and ticket jackets within one month from the completion of the last journey.

The City Mayor, Mr Teegala Krishna Reddy, has formally declared open the renovated premises of the State Bank of Hyderabad branch in the Municipal Corporation Tank Bund, set up way ago in 1984, to serve the municipal authorities and customers, according to a bank press release.
