The Hindu Business Line : Coimbatore dosa fest

COIMBATORE: The Pavilion at The Residency, Coimbatore, will hold a dosa festival from September 23 to October 3. The festival showcases some standard, some known and some new combinations. And there is a dosa for everyone. For the health-conscious, there is the ragi dosa and the ragi keerai adai (ragi batter with palak and onion, and a sprinkling of coriander and curry leaves). For those who prefer to take the tested and tried, there is the set dosa, kara dosa, pattani (peas) masala dosa, cream dosa or the mushroom masala dosa. For the adventurous, there is the cheese podi dosa (cheese and "gun powder" filling), the alagar dosa (dosa batter with curd, coconut flakes, jeera and black pepper), or the pizza dosa.
