Hyderabad , Oct. 1 KENEXA Technologies, a Pennsylvania-based human capital management solutions provider, plans to expand India product development-cum-support centre, which would see an overall investment of about $5 million-6 million in the next three years, with about $2 million per year. The company has thus far invested about $6 million in Indian development centre and has decided to leverage the strengths to handle work in the Asia Pacific and the West Asian region out of India. The company has strengthened its marketing team to address the region, while handling product development work. The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kenexa, Mr Nooruddin (Rudy) Karsan, who is touring India to oversee the company expansion plans, told Business Line that Kenexa had moved a significant part of its product development work to Indian centre in Hyderabad. `Having integrated the product development work with the company's US operations, we have further embarked on expansion of the centre here. This would see increasing the number from 125 people to about 250 by next year. Of the 125 people, about 50 are handing the product development work.' "About 100 out of Fortune 500 corporations are Kenexa clients. With over 15 years of experience in human capital management and related consulting services, we have helped large corporations in talent acquisition, recruitment management and support and employee survey administration and analysis. "Likes of IBM and Dell in the technology sector, Corning in the manufacturing and 12 out of 14 large pharma companies in the US, have benefited from Kenexa solutions."
