Alp Management gets ISO 9001

BANGALORE: Alp Management Consultants, a Bangalore-based IT recruitment firm has been awarded the ISO 9001-2000 for recruitment and administration.

KPMG conducted the final certification audit. Commenting on the certification, Mr Jaychandran Pillai, Director, Alp Management Consultants, said, "This is amongst many initiatives undertaken at Alp to make it one of the best in recruitment."

According to him, the firm is already experiencing real benefits of the certification as it leverages the fine-tuned processes to further improve quality and performance. Alp provides HR services in executive search, employee leasing, permanent hire and temporary hire.

It plans to expand its services into the HR outsourcing area as it foresees the growing market for HR services across sectors.
