Our Bureau

NEW DELHI: Swaraj Engines has recorded an increase of about 90 per cent in its revenues in the second quarter of the current fiscal to Rs 27.6 crore as opposed to Rs 14.2 crore in the same period last year.

The company's net profit in turn has increased by about three times to Rs 3.4 crore in the period.

According to a company statement, "the growth in profit has been achieved on the back of significant improvement in engine supplies to Punjab Tractors plus large volume growth in supply of hi-tech components to Swaraj Mazda".
