Mr Ranganathan, who will speak on the theme `Building an Enterprise', will focus on how to manage the various stakeholders who determine the fortunes of a company.

Drawing on insights from his own experiences as a first-generation entrepreneur, Mr Ranganathan's talk will emphasise the importance of each stakeholder - customers, employees, suppliers, banks and institutions, Government and shareholders - in building an organisation.

He will share with the students critical insights gleaned from his experiences as an entrepreneur and how those insights helped him deliver maximum value to each stakeholder of his business.

His talk will also mention the innovations he had to make along the way in managing stakeholders.

Mr Ranganathan's discussion with the students will outline the steps that he took in building a successful company in a competitive market for fast moving consumer goods. His emphasis too will be on the strength of the relationships that a company has to build with all stakeholders. His talk will be followed by a question and answer session with the students.
