IOB Customers' Fortnight

Our Bureau

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The regional office of Indian Overseas Bank has advised all branches to observe the annual "Customers' Fortnight" from November 1 to 15.

Announcing this, Mr Joginder Paul, Chief Regional Manager, said here that this would be in addition to the Customer Day observed on the 15th of every month.

During the fortnight, executives from the central and the regional offices will visit select branches to meet customers and assess the quality of service rendered. They will also attend to any specific suggestions/complaints that might be brought to their notice.

Customers are welcome to meet with the branch managers/executives and vent their grievances, if any, and also air suggestions for improving the services, Mr Paul said.
