Servista software centre in Pune

LONDON-based Servista, a service provider of customer care and billing software and services for the utilities and telecoms market, announced the opening of its software development and support centre in Pune.

The company will initially invest Rs 8 crore to launch the India facility by April 2005 and plans to invest an additional Rs 25 crore in the next three years to expand the scale of operations, said the Chief Operating Officer, Mr Martin Overton.

Servista provides utilities and telephony providers with a customer care and billing capability that enables them to grow revenues, reduce costs and deliver value-added customer service, according to Mr Overton.
