Span Communications bags Taj promotion account

SPAN Communications has bagged the promotional contract for celebrating 350 years of Taj Mahal by the Ministry of Tourism.

In a pitch by the Tourism Ministry, close to 10 top agencies including O&M, JWT, Grey, Span communications, Goldmine participated. The final round was between Span Communications and O&M.

Mr Naresh Kheterpal, CEO, Span Communications, said, "Taj Mahal is the symbol of eternal love and our national heritage. Being a part of the 350 years of celebrations of this amazing creation is by itself a great honour. We are dedicated towards doing justice to our assignment."

The Tourism Ministry would spend Rs 2.5 crore in the current financial year and Rs 5 crore in the next financial year on this campaign.
