IDBI acquires 11.29 pc stake in Oil Country

Hyderabad , March 3

INDUSTRIAL Development Bank of India (IDBI) has acquired 50-lakh equity shares of Oil Country Tubular Ltd (OCTL), amounting to 11.29 per cent holding.

Informing this to the stock exchanges on Thursday, OCTL said the acquisition was done on Wednesday.

The mode of acquisition was preferential allotment on conversion of overdues of the company into equity.
