Saksoft IPO opens on March 30

Mumbai , March 21

SAKSOFT Ltd, a software services company with focus on banking and financial services, is entering the capital market with an IPO of 25 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash, aggregating Rs 7.5 crore, said a company release.

The IPO will part-finance a Rs 14.62-crore expansion programme, including Rs 5 crore for acquisitions.

The other part of the expansion programme will come through internal accruals, said Mr Aditya Krishna, Managing Director. The issue opens on March 30 and closes on April 7.
