Award for Philips Carbon (Kochi unit)

KOCHI: Philips Carbon Black Ltd, Kochi unit, has been awarded third prize among the large-scale industries for making substantial and sustained efforts in pollution control during 2004.

Dr B. Banerjee, Chief of Operations of the Kochi Unit, received the award from Dr Claude Alvares, Director Goa Foundation and Member Supreme Court Monitoring Committee.
