Orient Cement bags award

HYDERABAD: Orient Cement, a division of Orient Paper & Industries Ltd has been awarded the `Cleaner Production Award' by the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control board on the occasion of the World Environment Day.

The C.K. Birla Group is the only company among the 21 cement manufacturing plants in the State to get the award, the company said in a press release.
