HED division transferred

HYDERABAD: Hyderabad Industries Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that pursuant to the business transfer agreement signed between the company and Titagarh Wagons Ltd, it has transferred the Heavy Engineering Division (HED) of the company situated at Uttarapara in West Bengal to Titagarh Wagons Ltd on Friday.
