SQL Star to issue shares, warrants on preferential basis

Hyderabad , July 8

SQL Star International Ltd has decided to issue 2.5 million equity shares of Rs 10 each and 10 million warrants convertible into equity shares on preferential basis.

The company will also shift its registered office from New Delhi to Hyderabad.

At a meeting of the board, the company also decided to enhance investment in wholly owned subsidiary in the US.

In a statement to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company intimated that it has kept in abeyance the issue relating to the acquisition of another US-based company and acquisition of business in India.

The company has decided to convene an extra-ordinary general meeting (EGM) on August 06, 2005.
