NIPM (Mangalore) meet on Oct 7

MANGALORE: The Mangalore chapter of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) will organise its silver jubilee conference on the topic `Leveraging human capital, business process outsourcing for organisational excellence' in Mangalore on October 7 and 8.

Addressing newspersons here on Tuesday, Mr P.A. Jose, President of the NIPM Mangalore chapter, said that Dr A.K. Balyan, Director (HR and Business Development) of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), would inaugurate the conference on October 7.

Following are the resource persons at the conference: Mr H.R. Alva, former Chairman and Managing Director of Hindustan Photofilms Manufacturing Ltd; Mr Rajiv Krishnan, Chief Executive Officer of Ma-Foi Outsourcing Solution Ltd, and Mr Premchand, General Manager, Corporate HRD, Sud Chemie, Kochi.

Mr Jose said that Mr Anantakrishna, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Karnataka Bank Ltd, would preside over the valedictory function on October 8.
